Paper check volume continues to decline and while ACH (Automated Clearing House) volume continues to increase. Corporations are moving from paper and are moving to electronic payment methods such as ACH and corporate card payment.
NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association reports that ACH payments volume grew to over 21 billion transactions in 2012 up 4.19% over 2011. The growth is attributed to the continued increase in native electronic payments, the expanding use of ACH credit payments by business and consumers, and the rise in online payments via ACH.
